CXTM

Canonical XML Topic Maps

Format that guarantees that two equivalent Topic Maps Data Model (TMDM) instances will always produce byte-by-byte identical serializations, and that non-equivalent instances will always produce different serializations.

TMDM

Topic Maps - Data Model

A data model of Topic Maps. It defines the abstract structure of Topic Maps, using the information set formalism, and to some extent their interpretation.

XTM

XML Topic Maps

A syntax for the interchange of Topic Maps. Currently XTM 1.0 and XTM 2.0 are used. Version 2.0 should be preferred since it supports the complete TMDM while version 1.0 has some limitations.
